Current Status
The plaintiff, Monica Winter, has commenced legal action by filing a Notice of Civil Claim in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The defendants, the Province of British Columbia and the College, have filed their Response to Civil Claim. The action has not yet been certified as a class action.
